Origin Story?

Once upon a time, there was a little girl that annoyed her parents by doing things like stealing her dad’s clipboard to conduct an analysis of the applicability of Care Bears’ Belly Badges to their names and care powers (true story!) and setting a world record for the most questions asked per hour (Okay, that one might be hyperbole.)

It’s me. I’m that girl all grown up and I never stopped asking questions. Nowadays, I use those analysis superpowers to understand complex systems, get to the heart of user needs and behaviors, and help product development teams make products and services that make sense. I even got my own clipboard to make it official.
